Convoq provides a unified customer communication platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across multiple channels including voice, SMS, email, and chat. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Multi-channel conversation management
  • AI-powered conversation assistance
  • Customer relationship tracking
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Integration capabilities with third-party services

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or engaging in harassment
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code

5. Payment Terms

7. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS or text messages from Convoq, you agree to the following terms:

Types of Messages: You may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Login verification codes and two-factor authentication (2FA) messages
  • Missed call and voicemail notifications
  • Work item reminders and alerts
  • Service notifications and account updates

Message Frequency and Rates:

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan

Opting Out and Getting Help:

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving SMS notifications
  • Reply HELP for assistance with SMS messaging
  • You can also manage your SMS preferences in your account settings

Consent:

By entering your phone number during registration and agreeing to these Terms of Service, you provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages as described above. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is optional and not required to use the Convoq platform, but is necessary for SMS-based features such as two-factor authentication and mobile notifications.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Convoq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Convoq, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
